The scooter cannot start while it is charging. Unplug the charger, turn on the screen, push it a short distance, and press the accelerator to start it. If it still cannot start, consult the seller support.
The scooter is equipped with a safety device, so you need to push it a short distance first and then press the accelerator to make it move forward.
The front wheel uses an inflatable tire for better shock absorption and reduced wind resistance, while the rear wheel is a solid tire to ensure maximum motor power transfer.
The riding distance can reach 13-15 miles in our test with a 130 lbs rider on flat ground at a constant speed, but may vary depending on terrain, rider weight, speed and weather.
